Shipping policy

1. Delivery Availability

Nutec Suppliers & Hardware offers delivery services based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Vehicle accessibility and site conditions

Delivery is not automatically included and will be quoted separately where applicable.


2. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated according to:

  • Distance from our branch

  • Type and size of vehicle required

  • Quantity and handling requirements of materials

All delivery costs will be confirmed on quotation or proforma invoice before dispatch.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on:

  • Stock availability

  • Order processing or cutting requirements

  • Delivery location and logistics scheduling

A confirmed delivery timeframe will be provided after payment and order confirmation.


4. Collection Option

Customers may choose to collect orders directly from our branch:

  • Collection is available once the order is fully prepared and confirmed.

  • Customers will be notified when goods are ready for pickup.


5. Payment Terms for Delivery

  • Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before dispatch or collection.

  • No goods will be released for delivery without confirmed payment.


6. Site Access & Offloading

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access for delivery vehicles

  • Adequate offloading space and assistance if required

Nutec Suppliers & Hardware will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to poor site access or unsafe conditions.


7. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

  • Customers must inspect goods immediately and report any shortages or damages within 24 hours.
