1. No Cash Refunds: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for any items purchased from our store.

2. Store Credit Only: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the purchase date for store credit only. This credit can be applied toward future purchases at Nutec Suppliers & Hardware.

3. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including the original packaging and receipt. Nutec Suppliers & Hardware reserves the right to decline returns if these conditions are not met.

4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are excluded from returns and exchanges:

   • Special orders or custom items
   • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale"
   • Opened or used products

5. Return Process: To initiate a return for store credit, please visit our store with the item(s) and your purchase receipt. Our team will assist you in processing the return and issuing store credit.

6. Validity of Store Credit: Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used towards any future purchase at Nutec Suppliers & Hardware.
